The Wine Loft if directly across the street...a popular hang out/bar for locals.

I wanted to take this picture to show our building and to also get a picture of a mother and her child...to show that all different ages are present in this area.

I love bougenvillia (however it is spelled) and can picture it on a roof-top terrace!

This is a hotel lobby, that a woman invited us in to view, that is across the street diagonally from our building. it was very very formal...

THIS IS THE BEST BUILDING ON THE BLOCK!!! i fell in love with this building when i saw it...i love the mix of old and new!

A new bar is opening just across the street from our building.

a photography studio is just around the corner...which is very artsy and adds to the appeal of the block.
